The Sacred Journey Within explores the lifelong spiritual journeys of chosen ones, healers, soul pioneers, psychonauts, self scientists, sacred world travelers, and those awakening consciousness, ancestral gifts, healing, pleasure, and embodied transformation.

We teach practices that help people participate in their own healing and carry greater care into their relationships and communities. Through the documentary, we share lived experiences so others can learn, recognize themselves, and explore their own possibilities.

You may be invited to share reflections, join an interview, or appear in filmed activities.

Participation is entirely optional. Each guest chooses independently and can enjoy the full retreat experience either way. Filming details will be explained beforehand. You may decline individual opportunities, and identifiable footage requires your written permission.

I am Farrah Sharpe, MS PhD(c), founder of The Sacred Journey Within. I hold a Master of Science in Mind Body Medicine and am a PhD candidate in Transpersonal Psychology.

I am a certified 400 hour Tantra Yoga Instructor, Certified Dream Work Specialist, Certified Psychedelic Research Specialist, ecstatic dance facilitator, meditation composer, documentary filmmaker, and international retreat leader.

I have led retreats in Peru, Mexico, Canada, Bali, and Ecuador. I bring scholarship, lived experience, spiritual inquiry, creativity, and a love of rich, pleasurable living to our journey.
